Policies and TermsShippingAll of our products are shipped UPS ground. Since our soaps are hand made, we only make soaps to order. Not to worry! We do offer faster shipping methods, but these will be handled in a case by case basis, and only actual shipping charged will be applied to your order. We accept international orders. These will also be on a case by case basis, and only actual shipping/handling charges will be charged.Orders are generally shipped 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. Customers will be contacted if there is an abnormal delay in their order.
Refund PolicyFirst In Line Soap is dedicated to its customers. We have a money back guarantee on all damaged in-transit product. Please contact us and we will help out in any way we can. Customer must pay for the return of damaged product. Order GuidelinesUnless you are an established account, orders will not be processed without a valid credit card. A charge of $1.00 will be charged to your credit card, which will be deducted from your final order charge. Orders are only charged when product is ready to be shipped. Order Cancellation and Re-StockingFirst In Line Soap orders are made to order. Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to cancel the order without accruing a re-stocking fee. 24 hours after the order is placed, customers can still cancel their order, but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
