Policies and Terms

Minimum Order Requirements

There is a $150 minimum purchase for all customers. This is 5 loafs.

Shipping

We ship our products via FedEx which appears to be the most cost effective for shipping our wholesale orders. We charge a actual shipping charge and a $1.50 handling fee.

Refund Policy

First In Line Soap is dedicated to its customers. We have a money back guarantee on all damaged in-transit product. Please contact us and we will help out in any way we can. Customer must pay for the return of damaged product.

Order Guidelines

All order require to be paid by credit card. If you want to be invoiced via PayPal, please contact us via email at: Linda@FirstinLineSoap.com.

Turn Around Time

We are working on a two week turnaround time. All of our soaps are made to order. During the busy seasons that time can be up to three weeks. If you are in a rush for your order, there will be a 15% additional rush fee.

Signs, Labels and Wrappers

For each loaf you will receive 12 labels, one sign and wrappers.

Soap Slicing and Wrapping

There is a $7.00 charge for slicing and wrapping. We no longer slice the loafs for free.

 

Private Labels

We offer private label for each of our soaps. You will get the same label design we do but in place of Soapier.com we will replace it with your company name. This service costs $2.50 per loaf.

Credit Card Processing

Your credit card charge will show up on your statement from Soapier.com.

Order Cancellation and Re-Stocking

First In Line Soap orders are made to order. Customers have 24 hours after placing their order to cancel the order without accruing a re-stocking fee. 24 hours after the order is placed, customers can still cancel their order, but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This policy is effective beginning June 13th, 2008
